You have 14 days from the date you receive your order if you decide that you would like to return your item for a refund, minus postage. If 14 days have gone by since this date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalised product.
In order for your return and refund to be successful we strictly only accept back items that have not been worn or washed.
It must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it.
If it shows signs of wear or the labels have been removed then it will be returned back to you.

You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. Postage is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the postage costs for sending your new item to you.
If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once, not washed and is not personalised then we will happily exchange for a new size .
You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend using a trackable postal service with proof of postage.
