How long will my order take to arrive?

Our clothing is handmade to order and can take up to 14 days to make and ship.

Where are your clothes made ?

All clothes are made in the UK by hand in our Cheam studio. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

All of our orders will be lovingly wrapped in our signature Leoli logo tissue paper & sealed with a sticker.

Am I able to add a personal note or message to an order?

Yes of course, if you would like to enclose a 'Congratulations' or 'Happy Birthday' message with your order we are happy to do this. Please note this will be printed on standard printing paper alongside our logo. 

Please e-mail it through once your order is complete to : leoliclothing@gmail.com . Please ensure any messages are e-mailed through within 24 hours of your order and please quote your order number. 

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order if you decide that you would like to return your item for a refund, minus postage. If 14 days have gone by since this date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on personalised product. 

In order for your return and refund to be successful we strictly only accept back items that have not been worn or washed. 

It must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it. 

If it shows signs of wear or the labels have been removed then it will be returned back to you.

If an item reaches you and you find a fault with it, please contact us straight away via email : leoliclothing@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. Postage is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the postage costs for sending your new item to you.

If you have ordered the wrong size then providing it has only been tried on once, not washed and is not personalised then we will happily exchange for a new size .

You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend using a trackable postal service with proof of postage.
